ListBee charges a platform fee on each sale. The fee rate depends on your plan. Stripe processing fees are separate and billed directly by Stripe.

Zero-decimal currencies (price in major units)

For JPY and KRW, set price to the whole number — not cents. price: 500 means ¥500, not ¥5.

Fee calculation

The platform fee is deducted from each sale via Stripe’s application_fee_amount.

platform_fee = price × fee_rate

Rounding uses banker’s rounding (round half to even).

Example — USD, Free plan (10%)

price:          1000  (= $10.00)
fee_rate:       0.10
platform_fee:   100   (= $1.00)
seller receives: 900  (= $9.00, before Stripe processing fees)

Example — JPY, Growth plan (5%)

price:          2000  (= ¥2000)
fee_rate:       0.05
platform_fee:   100   (= ¥100)
seller receives: 1900 (= ¥1900, before Stripe processing fees)

Stripe processing fees

Stripe charges its own processing fees (typically 2.9% + 30¢ for US cards) directly to your connected Stripe account. These are separate from ListBee’s platform fee and not configurable through ListBee.
